Amanda brings a caring, empathetic, and client-centred approach to therapy. With a background in Nursing and Counselling, Amanda has worked in both clinical and school settings. She is passionate about supporting people in developing coping skills, building resilience, setting goals, and enhancing their quality of life.
Amanda has an interest in working with people who seek support for: anxiety, grief and loss, health-related concerns, adjustment disorders, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, workplace issues, and depression, and she is focussed on working collaboratively with clients in establishing a therapeutic approach that best suits their individual needs.
